Some people also use an array of bottled sauces such as garlic, hot sauce etc. where customers add them if they wish. They are sold at street vendor's carts and people usually eat at least two or three. Street burgers are another story: They add fried eggs, avocado slices, cheese, lettuce, onions, bacon, tomatoes plus all of the stuff they put into hot dogs, to a condimented,slim beef patty and a large bun. They are actually really good but the experience is completely different as to what a "regular" US hot dog or hamburger is! (I'd guess that is the "fun" part of finding out about new flavours from other parts of the world).
